Who we are
SKUDrift is operated by She Knows Digital Sp. z o.o., Poland (KRS 0000944812). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at hello[at]skudrift.com.
This policy covers this website and the early-access list. SKUDrift is in development, and it does not yet process any product or customer data on anyone's behalf. When it does, that processing will be covered by separate terms.
What we collect
We collect as little as we can. The website has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

The form also contains a hidden field that people cannot see. It exists only to catch automated spam and is never read for any other purpose.
Why we use it
- Your email address and company name are used only to contact you about SKUDrift early access, including when it opens and how to take part. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
- Technical request data is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add it to any other mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep these details until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after SKUDrift's public launch, whichever comes first. Technical request data is kept by our hosting provider for the period set out in its own policies.
Who we share it with
We use one service provider that processes data on our behalf: Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the early-access form. Everything else on the site, including its fonts, is served from our own domain.
We will only share data with anyone else if the law requires it.
International transfers
Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where it does, the transfer is protected by Netlify's participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give it to you in a portable format.
You can withdraw your consent to hearing from us at any time, by replying to any email we send or by writing to hello[at]skudrift.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) at uodo.gov.pl, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage to track you. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Children
SKUDrift is a business product. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your details, we will tell you before it takes effect.
